Revive Adserver v5.3.1 released

The new version 5.3.1 of the Revive Adserver software fixes a number of bugs that have been identified after publication of v5.3.0.

This version makes Revive Adserver compatible with PHP 8 and MySQL 8. It also includes some other small improvements and a security fix.
